Does my child need to be at a club?+
No. Sessions are for players who enjoy football, want to improve and are ready to engage positively with coaching.
Do you take photos or video?+
Sometimes. Photos, short clips or drone footage may be captured when appropriate, but they are not included as a guaranteed package. Permission is handled separately, and opting out never affects a player’s coaching or place.
Can siblings both use the £5 trial?+
Yes. The introductory price is once per individual player, so each eligible sibling can book their own first session.
What if we need to cancel?+
Give at least 24 hours’ notice to transfer the booking or receive account credit. Late cancellations and non-attendance are non-refundable.
What happens in bad weather?+
If a session cannot go ahead, parents will be contacted using their booking details and offered a transfer, credit or refund.

How do I pay for an order?+
Add products to your basket and continue to secure payment with Stripe. Available stock is checked at checkout.
What does delivery cost?+
UK delivery is £2.99 for tape orders under £20. Tape orders over £20 and match-ball bundles include free UK delivery. Your basket shows the delivery charge before payment.
How do I request custom kit?+
Complete the kit request form to prepare an email covering your team, garments, colours, budget and deadline.
Can I buy a coaching journal?+
The journals are in development. Confirmed details and availability will appear in Coach’s Corner.
