Touch Tight Performance is led by Alex Russell, First-Team Manager of Bowers & Pitsea Women and former co-manager of Millwall Lionesses.

Alex is currently completing his UEFA B licence through the FC Bayern × BFV coach-education programme, delivered at FC Bayern in Munich, and is also working towards his National Goalkeeping Licence.

The Basildon launch brings that experience into the local community through relevant, high-tempo technical coaching. It is designed as purposeful additional development alongside club football—giving players more touches, more decisions and more opportunities to improve.

Senior players and other people working within the game may also make occasional appearances, where schedules allow.

One booking.
Two players.

A parent/guardian registers their player and pays £5 securely.
After payment, we reserve a second place and provide a private teammate invitation on the confirmation page and by email.
The teammate’s parent/guardian registers separately. Once they complete registration, their free place is confirmed.

One free teammate per paid booking. Free registrations do not include another invitation. We have space for 24 players, including teammates.

What to expect

Additional coaching alongside club football, with players grouped by age and ability. Players without a current club are welcome too. This is a standalone launch session; booking does not commit you to weekly sessions.

Bring water, shin pads and suitable football footwear. Arrive ready to start at 8pm.

Booking and cancellation

The £5 booking covers one named player and reserves one teammate place. The teammate must register before the session starts. No extra invitation is issued for a free place.

Give at least 24 hours’ notice to request a transfer or account credit. Late cancellations and non-attendance are non-refundable. Contact us before transferring a place so the correct player details and permissions are recorded.

If Touch Tight cancels the session, we’ll contact you and offer a transfer, credit or refund. Refunding or cancelling the paid booking cancels its linked teammate invitation/place; please contact us if the teammate still wants to attend.

How we use your information

Touch Tight Performance uses parent and player information to administer this session, organise suitable groups, support safe participation and contact you about your booking. Payment is handled by Stripe and confirmation emails by our email provider.

Medical and access information is used to support the player and made available to authorised staff who need it for the session. Only include relevant information. Contact us to update your details or ask about access, deletion or withdrawal of consent.

Photo/video permission is optional and covers Touch Tight’s website, social media and promotional materials. You can change your choice by contacting us. Saying no does not affect the player’s place.

Marketing is optional and separate from booking messages. If you opt in, we’ll send Touch Tight session, camp and event news and offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
